Overview

As the sole designer in a dynamic Product Design Project, I spearheaded the transformation of a multi-platform application to optimize user experience and functionality across mobile, web, and admin segments. This involved a comprehensive process focusing on user needs, collaborative efforts, and stakeholder management.

Design Scope

My responsibilities encompassed crafting intuitive screens tailored for the Mobile App, Web App, and Admin segments, which included a complex user access and control module and content management system. This involved translating user-centric insights into engaging, functional interfaces across diverse platforms.

The app encompasses various modules:

1. A resource section offering a comprehensive library of articles and videos for founders.

2. A Chatbot designed to assist founders by addressing queries through a Knowledge Learning Model (LLM), utilizing discussions, videos, articles, and other resources within the app.

3. A discussion platform combining a group chat and forum module for interactive engagement.

4. A directory showcasing founders and startups within the platform.

5. A perks module that provides an overview of benefits and coupons for different tech stacks from tech partners.

6. An event library allowing the creation and listing of program-related events.

7. A universal search function for efficient navigation within the app.

   
   

The admin module includes:

1. User and Access Control: Managing user permissions and access rights.

2. Perk Management: Overseeing and managing benefits available to founders.

3. Content Management: Updating and adding new videos to the resource library.

4. Notification Management: Sending and scheduling notifications to users.

5. Newsletter Module: Scheduling and distributing newsletters to founders.

User-Centric Approach

I conducted in-depth user interviews, engaging platform users to discern pain points and preferences. This exploration fostered a clearer understanding of user needs, serving as a foundation for informed design decisions.

Collaboration and Cross-functional Engagement
