My First UX Case Study

Being active in many communities it was very hard for me to keep track of the WhatsApp groups I was part of. I also end up missing important messages and a Mount Rushmore of messages used to pile up on my main window. I had to scroll and scroll to filter these unread chats. Discussed with many different people whether they also face the same issue. Turns out most of them did and they were frustrated.

So I worked on enhancing WhatsApp's UX. WhatsApp interface is really easy to use and not confusing. So the idea was to preserve the already existing UI and add subtle features for enhancing the overall experience.
